01 THE PROBLEM

Not sick. Not okay either.

You're not sick enough for a doctor to intervene. But something is clearly off, and it usually stays this way for years before anyone acts on it.

Everyday signals that are easy to dismiss

Choose one to explore.

Why this may be happening

Frequent energy crashes trace back to insulin spikes and glucose volatility after meals.

Presence of any 3 of the 5 markers = formal Metabolic Syndrome diagnosis
THIS STAGE HAS A NAME

It's called Metabolic Syndrome, a cluster of five warning signs: high blood sugar, high triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol, high blood pressure, and excess belly fat.

The root cause

Insulin Resistance

Is your body already showing signs of risk?

6 questions based directly on recognised Metabolic Syndrome risk factors. Takes 2 minutes.

Question 1 of 60% Complete
01Risk Marker 01 / 06

Has your waist grown, even if your overall weight hasn't changed much?

Central (belly) fat is the single strongest visible marker used in clinical MetS criteria.

This is a self-awareness tool based on recognised risk factors, not a diagnostic test. Only a doctor and clinical tests (waist circumference, fasting glucose, triglycerides, HDL, blood pressure) can confirm Metabolic Syndrome.

Why I built this

Prabhakaran, Founder of Sarvarasa

Prabhakaran

84 kg to 77 kg • Rebuilt metabolic routine in 2025

I was 84 kg for seven years. I exercised, ate “healthy,” and still felt stuck.

The missing piece was not effort. It was understanding insulin resistance and rebuilding my food routine around it. I reached 77 kg in 2025 and built REVERSE21 so you don't need seven years to figure this out.

02 THE SCIENCE

How small signals become a diagnosis

Metabolic shift doesn't happen overnight. It is a slow cycle driven by insulin response over time.

01

Refined carbs + low movement

The everyday combination

02

Blood sugar spikes

Every meal, all day

03

Insulin works harder

To move the glucose

04

Cells respond less over time

Resistance builds

This loop repeats with every meal and gets harder to break the longer it continues.

Here's that loop, in motion.

Why This Happens

Work has changed. Food hasn't.

Same rice. Same wheat. Same appetite our grandparents had, minus the fields, the walk, the physical work that used to burn it off.

What's inside REVERSE21 and why we built it this way.

Every part of this program exists for a specific reason, not as a generic feature list.

Lifestyle Audit

A complete picture of your current habits across food, sleep, movement, stress, and digestion. Your program is built for your actual life, not a generic template.

Daily Food Tracking

A quick photo and a few words, most days. This shows us your real routine and consistency, not what you think you eat, but what actually happens.

Self-Discovery Session

Identifies why past attempts didn't stick and generates your own personal objective in your own words. Built for intrinsic motivation, not willpower that runs out.

Built for one specific stage, not everyone.

Understand if REVERSE21 is the right fit for your current health stage.

This Is For You If

Ideal Fit
No currently diagnosed health conditions
Noticing your energy or weight drifting
Tried building habits before, but they didn't stick
Between ages 27 and 45, when habits still shape the next decade
Want something structured, not random

Not Yet If

Medical Stage
Have a diagnosed condition or take regular medication
Under active medical treatment already
Looking for a medical diagnosis
Want a quick fix, not a real process

Every week, your own data becomes a report.

Not generic advice. A structured picture of your own progress, week by week.

WEEK 101

Lifestyle Audit + Behaviour Pattern + Food Consistency

Your starting picture, your approach to change, and how consistent your first week of food data actually was.

WEEK 202

Mid-Program Habit Consistency & Routine Report

How the new habit is landing, and what your food data shows about timing and routine so far.

WEEK 303

Habit Consolidation & Integration Report

The same tracking, showing whether the habit has become automatic, and what's changed since Week 1.

FINAL04

Complete 21-Day Report

Your full Lifestyle Audit comparison, your Self-Discovery insight, and the habit stack you now carry forward, built for long-term sustainability, not just 21 days.

Here's what one of these reports actually looks like.

03 THE RESEARCH

The data behind the problem.

Metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance are not rare. Here is the peer-reviewed evidence showing their prevalence among working adults.

Diets, Lifestyles, and Metabolic Risk Factors among Corporate IT Employees in South India

A study of 183 IT employees across three organisations found 29.87% already met Metabolic Syndrome criteria, with a median age of just 30. Sedentary work and obesogenic worksite food environments were identified as key drivers.

Prevalence of Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Fatty Liver Disease Among IT Employees in India

The study found Metabolic Syndrome in 34.2% of IT employees studied, with 71.88% sitting for long hours and 69.86% reporting sleep deprivation. This directly links sedentary IT work culture to metabolic risk.
